About Us
Living Faith, Global Mission, Transformative Community
St. Paul’s Episcopal Church KCK is a place where the Anglican tradition, the movement of Jesus, and our mission as a church come together to glorify God and serve the world.
We are part of the great family of the Anglican Communion, a global body of churches united in faith, mission, and service. Our identity as a church is expressed in our rich liturgy, the centrality of the Sacraments, and our deep connection to the historical tradition of the universal church. Inspired by the movement of Jesus, we seek to be a community that reflects the love, justice, and hope of God’s Kingdom.
Committed to the Five Marks of Mission:
At St. Paul KCK, our mission is guided by the Five Marks of Mission of the Anglican Communion:
Proclaim the Good News of the Kingdom of God: Our life begins with the proclamation of the Gospel. In every homily, prayer, and action, we invite others to know Christ as their Savior and Lord.
Teach, baptize, and nurture new believers: Through formation programs, catechesis, and intergenerational activities, we work to build a strong faith and a community rooted in God’s love.
Respond to human need with love: Our church is actively involved in serving the local community, attending to the most vulnerable and walking with them in solidarity and compassion.
Strive to transform unjust structures: Inspired by the justice message of the Gospel, we advocate for the dignity and rights of all people, working for a more just and equitable world.
Care for God’s creation: We recognize the earth as a sacred gift and are committed to being good stewards of the environment, promoting sustainable and educational practices.
Our Catholic and Anglican Identity
St. Paul KCK is a Catholic church in the fullest sense of the word: universal, inclusive, and faithful to the apostolic tradition. We celebrate the Eucharist as the heart of our communal life, where Christ becomes present to feed our faith and strengthen our mission. As an Episcopal church, we embrace Scripture, tradition, and reason as fundamental pillars for interpreting and living our faith in a changing world.
Our connection to the movement of Jesus calls us to be active disciples, to live in love with God and our neighbors, and to embody the message of grace and reconciliation in all that we do.
A Spiritual Home for All
At St. Paul KCK, we believe that every person is created in God’s image and, therefore, deeply loved and valued. Our doors are open to all, regardless of their background, history, or stage in their spiritual journey. Here, you will find a space where faith is lived authentically, love is shared generously, and hope is renewed in community.
We invite you to join us on this walk of faith, where the marks of mission become concrete actions, and the movement of Jesus inspires every aspect of our lives. Together, we proclaim the Good News, serve our neighbors, and care for creation as an expression of our gratitude and commitment to God’s Kingdom.
St. Paul KCK: A community where tradition, mission, and the love of Jesus come together to transform lives.

Our Purpose and Path
MISSION
St. Paul’s in Kansas City, Kansas is an engaging and welcoming community of faith whose mission is to be an inclusive, unifying Center:
Serving our neighbors as the hands and feet of Christ, providing opportunities for worship, fellowship, prayer, and formation, and, by the power of the Holy Spirit, making new Christian disciples and inspiring spiritual transformation.
VISION
To be a united Center for multicultural worship, ministry, and outreach, reflecting the positive values and traditions of our Anglican heritage, outwardly focused on our neighbors as an incarnational image of resurrection, renewal & reconciliation, pointing to the present reality of the Kingdom of God among us and God’s love for all, serving the lost and those on the margins as Christ’s hands and feet.
A 21st century model for ministry.
